Develop enhanced hand-eye ability in weeks, not years.  Our training programs for individuals, small groups, and teams gamifies training through challenges, timers, and personal bests.  We focus on balance, agility, and speed, while using throwing, bouncing, and catching to train your mind to work in unison with your hands and feet.

We train athletes starting at Age 7 through adults and seniors.  We believe everyone is AN ATHLETE.  Whether you are a great athlete looking for incremental improvement, or a developing athlete, we tailor our programs to build confidence through success and humility and drive through failure.

Welcome to the Rapid Fire Hand-Eye Academy

We are not here to replace your athlete’s favorite sport, we are here to rapidly enhance your athlete’s abilities within it. Youth sports are amazing. The founders of Rapid Fire Academy are longtime multi-sport youth coaches themselves. This is how they know, with absolute certainty, that your athlete simply cannot get the required volume of high-speed catching and throwing needed to develop optimal hand-eye skills during traditional youth sport practices. The skills that Rapid Fire’s training helps quickly unleash are the building blocks of ALL sports. Your athlete will catch a ball (and sometimes drop it) over 200 times per session at the Academy, and often hundreds more. Your athlete’s improvement will be fun, obvious and rapid!

OUR TRAINING

GROUP TRAINING

For the most substantial results, we offer blocks of classes (either four or eight) for 4 to 12 participants.  You can schedule these with friends, siblings, or teammates.  Athletes can be different ages and have differing abilities – drills will be tailored to each athlete.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Some children or parents might want one-on-one training or to do have one training at a time.  For this training, our instructor will spend 100% of their time with your athlete and you can schedule one session at a time.
