THE FOUNDERS

Jake Lee

Jake, a father of four athletes, is our founder and passionate about hand-eye training. He grew up doing many of our drills with his father, which is the inspiration for Rapid Fire. He is a licensed attorney and a graduate of Boston College (BA) and Boston University (JD). When he’s not throwing things or coaching lacrosse, he enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. He’s an avid White Sox and Bears fan.

Reid Kelly

Reid is our co-founder, a loving husband and father of three teenage athletes. Reid has almost 20 years of executive and technical experience in the Chicago anatomic pathology sector. He coaches youth lacrosse and played NCAA Division III college lacrosse at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island where he received a Bachelors of Arts and Science. He knows firsthand that hard work and rapid repetition are the keys to developing superior hand-eye coordination. Reid is also a strong proponent of the long proven cognitive benefits of hand-eye training.
